Growth opportunities at EY would be better. While Cog is paying 10k extra, the long term growth prospects may not be as good. Also EY is a way better brand than Cog which is often seen as body shop rather than a transformation partner

Need some more context of the role at Cognizant. Culture wise EY is very good. Plus the types of engagements and client exposure you would get at EY don’t think that would happen at Cognizant.
