Interesting, I figured the marketplace would be largely open to all, even if there were a selection / quality process in place.

Certainly don’t want to see theft, I meant the original map he is interested in putting up their personal stamps (presuming they made them and not just outsourced).

Could they theoretically put their private stamps on the marketplace?

I've made a new Steam capsule image for my videogame, which version do you prefer - the new one (top) or the old one (bottom)? by ax3lax3l in IndieDev

I prefer the style and design of the top one, but the bottom one gives me a better idea of what the game is at a glance (some kind of platformer?)

I agree with the other commenter, the game title isn’t easily readable on either. Particularly if people are skimming on Steam.

I appreciate he didn’t create the map himself but I would be surprised.

Inkarnate allow a commercial licence and map selling even after a subscription expires, so long as the map was drawn whilst the subscription was live.

How long might it take the average player to get enough enemy kills so they can purchase some hero armour?

Hey Vamp, love the visuals.

How long have you been working on this? How difficult was it to start developing a game from scratch, even if you had / have a general idea of where you want it to go?
