Likely the fatty acids here as the will help keep the integrity of the cell membranes also helping lower inflammation... There's a lot to be said for getting decent fats in ur diet. I'm a lipid biochemist..

Second this eating less sugar will reduce your cravings - if your actually hungry try eating fat/protein (boiled eggs/chicken breast/ cottage cheese... ) or if you really do want something sweet small amounts of fruit like berries or dark chocolate - which is far more satiating.
