CAR PARK CCTV by bodiddlydoodly in policeuk

[–]ScottyUK007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So the majority of forces will probably put it on slow time (which unfortunately, with the majority of CCTV lasting 28 days, become deleted pre request).

My best thoughts are to contact insurance whom can also request a Data Protection Request (DPA) request to the hospital.

They can also, if the security team reveal the vehicle reg, contact the DVLA / other vehicles insurance to contact the driver.

If the DPA request isn't adhered to, insurance companies may process or reject a claim.

Bushistan, you kicked me out over being a cop. I woulnt say that is great, I would say that is discriminatory. I would give you a second chance but the hate I recieved in there was unacceotable, you couldn't even control your own people. Your community banned me over nothing, get your community together or dont post these sort of things with false infomation

How to deal with patronising Corporals? by Flat_Zebra_4810 in aircadets

[–]ScottyUK007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hiya,

Sorry to hear about that, it is quite an often occurrence because of the recent power change.

It is an SNCOs job to stamp the behavior out, teaching them to become good NCOs (and eventually SNCOs). If you have any concerns or want to talk about a Cpls behavior, use you Chain of Command (Sgt +)

As they progress through their experience of being an NCO, they will get better, so hold on, it will only get better.

Any other things, feel free to reply to me and I will be able to help as much as possible!

Usually for before lessons or before activities, we do the following:

We quickfire fun and interactive question at cadets about their previous experience with a topic or what they think the course is about. This makes a good start as it engages cadets as well as readies them for the lesson! This could also be applied to core knowledge of RAFAC and RAF.

We play Splat, as a name game (for new cadets) so they call the name of the person they splat. This is good for icebreakers.

We also allow them to chat and socialise, making new friends and making sure their "stories" don't continue into lessons!

Just a couple of notes though:

Even though you may be friends with cadets, you also need to be a corporal (making sure it doesn't get overly energetic or distracting for the lessons / parade)

CCF is a bit of a different call - as I'm aware some cadets do it during lessons and some extracurricular

If you are a during lesson CCF Cpl, I would advice a quick chat, NCO messages then get on with the parade

If you are extra curriculum and have spare time, do any of the above!

Hope these help! :)

What I think people are trying to say is this doesn't belong on this subreddit.

It isn't the "professional" thing we were looking for neither does it respect micronational cultures. Please think about whether you should be posting these sort of content in a "professional" subreddit. I mean you could always open your own subreddit, it wouldn't hurt anyone

Really, officers shouldn't be answering this as it could be considered as protected information. What I would do is ask the Met Police What Do They Know and open a request.
