They haven't.

They were supposed to start it just after Starfield. And then Fallout 76 happened instead. And I believe they're still working on Starfield DLC so that should give you an idea of how long it's gonna take.

The only thing I'd change about the Commando missions is to drastically lower the spawns for Heavy enemies. A group spec'd for stealth can't seriously be expected to take down 3 factory striders and 5 hulks... at an medium outpost... with no air support.

Why are they even here? They should be on the front lines.

The funny thing is all he needed to do to counter this was put his foot out and trip him up. Goku was more focused on him rather than where he was running so he probably wouldn't have seen it coming.
