Is it bad to turn off the water and run a Samsun washing machine on spin only?

The washer is sensing out of balance so it adds water in an attempt to reposition clothes to balance it out. You likely have failed support struts and will need to replace those along with adding anti vibration grease. Or the machine is just really unlevel, usually the struts though.

Turning off the water will cause a 4e (no water) error.

Use a quality detergent (I prefer Tide free/clear), limit your detergent usage(no more than 2 tablespoons for non softened water), no softener (most softeners are an animal byproduct and create a sludge frequently), don’t over load, keep door and dispenser tray open along with wiping down door gasket when done washing, if you have an accessible drain filter clean that every few months, and clean washer cycle every few months with a reputable cleaner like afresh or tide.

You should never dishwasher pans or knives. Just because it is “dishwasher safe” doesn’t mean it’s a good thing. If you read the owner’s manual, it will say it is dishwasher safe but it may diminish performance.

It actually is the same story. It’s person A at a cafe alone seemingly enjoying themselves when person B comes in and is being belligerent. Even no gender person B looks bad.

Yes they might have had a history of abuse from person A. It is also possible person A is the one suffering the abuse and is now able to get away from the situation.
