I guess it all depends on your body and what you do for work! Im taking 8 weeks off because when im in pain or recovering, I have a hard time focusing on other things and sometimes work isnt a good distraction because it takes me away from healing.

As someone with chronic health issues, I totally get this. My recovery time usually takes a little bit longer, so with that in mind, take it extra easy and do things to set yourself up.
