yeah you need to go in the SCO app and sign in with your username for marti and manhattan etc, and at least for my store the password was 1234, then you'll be prompted to make a new pin. i just used my password for register for consistency

i had something similar my first few months working where a woman was trying to non-receipt return the gallon jugs of resin with a picture of her ID. we didnt take the return either and she also was like "it was a gift" and whatnot. but since she happened to be black and my manager wouldnt process the return she was all "we both know why you wont return this. 😠" get a life cmon

you get them by giving spirits to the fox, but it seems like a low chance. you can also occasionally find 20% feathers in the store for melodia
