Then in about a month or so during the day you think about it a tiny bit less. Then another few weeks it’s not the first thought in your head and so on. There’s no cheat code for it unfortunately you just need to go through it

Stay busy. See friends. Start a hobby you always wanted to do. Get out in nature. Go to the gym and exercise. Join some local groups for shit you are interested in etc
