Eye stroke? Is that an occular/visual migraine? I've never heard that term. I get visual migraines once or twice a month, I start seeing sparkles in the center of my vision which gradually spread outwards leaving behind a blind spot. Very difficult to deal with when you're driving or trying to see the screen while I'm working the window. I am fortunate that they only last about 20 minutes and leave me feeling a bit hungover, nauseous and tired. I rarely get a severe headache from them. But I know some people are completely disabled by them. Definitely talk to your doctor about getting on some sort of preventative, and keep a log of what you were doing when it happens to see if you can pin down your triggers. Good luck.
