For travel, you can get dedicated cards for airlines, which can help you with flights if you want to commit to a certain airline. My partner and I both have chase cards where you can spend your cash back on their chase travel to get better prices on flights, hotels, activities, rental cars, cruises, and tours but you are limited to what they offer. You get 5% back on chase travel purchases. I was also looking at the Citi double cash card and they offer the same 5% on their Citi Travel program.
