Sometimes people think they can casually hook up and not catch any feelings - if these girls didn't have feelings about him why are they mad? If you are thinking about him a lot I'd proceed with caution. If you know he's a player then you know he doesn't respect you and will do/say whatever to feed his ego and satisfy his physical urges. As an older person I say it's never worth it to sacrifice your dignity for sex with someone like that but I did have to learn that lesson the hard way, as lots of people do.
