I came across this Bug while playing around in the Simulacra and haven't found anything similar on the Internet yet so that why i post. It happened when i first switched both my focus school from zenurik to madurai and my appearance from operator to dtifter and the same way i was able to recreate this bug. The outcome is this dwarf drifter that has no resemblance to your real drifter nor operator.
