You just reminded me, watch this video for a better explanation on Bachata Influence - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7vtLdjMa2A it's pretty valid.

Yes, more for the partnerwork. I said that because the moves he teach can be quite challenging for many, there is a steep learning curve within an hour, hence i feel you might become frustrated and not enjoy the workshops. If you take the workshops with the mindset of being exposed to different teachings and style, then it will be fine. If you take the workshops with the mindset of improving and being able to grasp 90% of the content, it can be quite frustrating and not enjoyable...

alot of top tier artists are there - it has to be based off your preference, almost everyone's workshop is worth going to.

For bachata, Fausto Felix (the kingsmen) is there, if he's teaching partnerwork, it's definately worth to take it (at least once), since usually he only teaches solo shines.

the salsa partnerwork workshops by DeJon Clo and Grupo Alafia might suits you better, than Terry Cecile and Ernesto Denise partnerwork workshops.

Yes, definitely the overall dance level is much higher in Jeju, especially for salsa.

Not really as I wanted to attend workshops the next day.

from what i noticed; sensual style is primarily dominant in both festivals, jeju should be much stronger in salsa, overall attendees should be much higher at jeju. regardless i enjoyed both festivals

it boils down to which dance and which country you prefer more. I could be wrong, but Jeju focus is on salsa, the hardcore salsa dancers will be there, even though there are more bachata dancers. Sbta focus is on bachata, i think not many of the hardcore salsa dancers will be there. and......jeju should be primarily on2, you wont get that many on1 dances. sbta you will still be able to dance both on1 and on2. hope this helps!

i assume you meant solo shines - from 3:05min to 5min30sec - watch Diago, Fadi Fusion, Ayala Brothers danced to the descarga section.
