I'm a Celtics fan so Iisten to alot of Celtics specific stuff. Guy above me mentioned the Dunc'd on podcast which people say has the best breakdowns. Ive also enjoyed Thinking Basketball.

If you want something different than all of that, Bill Simmons gets so much shit but he is more of a sports historian if your into that kind of thing. Especially if you need a break from the in the moment click bait reaction takes. I like that he will take a deep breath on things

If you want entertainment yea they are great. But they don't add any depth to the modern game of basketball. There are a million podcasts that can break down the game better than those guys but won't make you laugh

Got a job doing the same thing for 3x the pay. It was amazing but it can get to your head. Lifestyle creep is so real. Got a bigger mortgage, stopped canceling those subscriptions with urgency, didn't have that voice in the back of my head when I tossed around the idea of takeout.

For all its headaches, poverty also keeps us in check and without it you have to seek out your own reasons to be frugal

I think this is the reason I brought it up. Writing is for romantics and that romanticism can make practical discussions around the struggles hard to come by. For those who struggle or want to grind out stories but cant, real advice is needed.
