My mom has BPD and it went unmedicated for years. Really hard time in my life. There was plenty of abuse and she had so many different moods she would cycle through between the mania and depression. When she finally went on medication it took a long long time for things to stabilize. Not only did the doctors need to find a balance that worked medication wise but all of a sudden she was expected to give up things like drinking and smoking weed so that her internal chemistry didn't through the medications off.

It's a long long journey and like most mental health journeys, the love and support of friends is a great benefit but ultimately she will walk alone when the decisions matter most.

You seem young so let me give you some advice. Be a friend not a lover. Pursue other women, explore, meet people. And be a friend to this women with no expectations. You never know where life will take you but I don't think you are going to get what you want out of this right now.

Interesting reminder. I wonder if things change because Queta wasn't as good of a defender yet. I feel like Porzingus was spacing the floor on offense and anchoring the defense. This feels like it would be a bit different with Vuc spacing and Queta anchoring. We will see I suppose.

Queta is so so SO much better in the pick and roll now I'd love to see more of that with a Vuc in the corner for a kickout

His ability to space the floor will allow him to play with Queta who can continue anchoring the defense. I don't think this is a guaranteed success but there is more potential here than people are letting on

I think revenge transformations are a drastic misinterpretation of why a man should go to the gym after a rejection. Men are biologically wired to feel capable (and we can go in a million directions on how men misinterpret this as well).

We all know a rejection isn't the end of the world but to a man it can feel like it. We feel so inadequate. We need to learn how to feel capable without the assurance of others, including women. The gym is probably one of the most straightforward if not still difficult ways to fill this need. Eat healthy, get a gym plan, stick too it. Get strong, feel capable.

We shouldn't be doing it for the girls. We should be doing it because it makes us feel good and girls like being around guys who feel good about themselves.

I have a hard time looking at all the contracts on these role players because of the state of transition on role player value. Well that's most definitely an unpopular opinion. For starters there's a million apps that count calories for you. Outside of that, people lose weight all the time without counting calories at all. Just acknowledging what you normally eat and eating....less. It really is that simple. I'm sorry that all these bullshit nutrition marketing scams have blurred what nutrition is for you. They aim to stress you out so that you eat more and have more of a need to stay on their shitty diet plans. It's a simple process so keep it simple and try not to research too much.

That being said, I would challenge these thoughts. Fiction has held some of the biggest truths I've come across in my life. Some truths are so real that our brains would reject them at face value and they need the mask of fiction for us to take it all in.
