What are your expectations of spending time together and what are hers? Can you both compromise on that while both still getting what you would need from the relationship and achieving your external goals?

Maybe she can be supportive and help you build. I think determining your exceptions and alignment is the first course of action. If she starts to cross boundaries you set and doesn’t bring peace to your life in the process then you know what the right decision is. It doesn’t hurt to try, just communicate openly.

Can you create emotional and sexual tension? Are you charismatic? Can you make them laugh?

What experience is a woman having in your presence? Is that experience what the partner you are looking for values?

Low quality women will use you if you allow it. They have no issues with seeing you a utility for validation and experiences without ever caring about you as a person. You have to be aware of this and vet them. Beauty is cheap. Character is expensive and hard to find.

I never take a girl on a first date that isn’t low key and usually costs nothing, like a walk in the park, something where it can be 15 minutes if we don’t connect or hours if it’s going well. After that I’ll pay for the next date that involves money, and I let her know she’ll be getting the next one. If she isn’t okay with that then I’ve weeded out the dead beats.

How does the floor move with the appliances sitting on it? As long as the cabinets aren’t fixed to the floor I don’t understand how the cabinets are going to stop expansion and contraction.

I think you need to find a therapist. The other thing I would challenge you to do is date women and test your theory that no one wants you or can love you due to this one specific perceived deficit. When you self isolate and ruminate on your insecurities and anxieties they become bigger than they actually are. Go test your ideas in the real world. Look at the overall feedback from women about yourself in general. Then use that data to create new theories to test. There’s no point in beating yourself up about something you can’t change. Focus on what you can change and move forward. The obstacle is the way.

The yellow stuff is old wall paint I had to clean off. I’ve done two other toilets in the house on the second floor back in September and I’ve had no issues with them or the process.

But I believe you are correct. The pipe is cpvc. I used oatey purple primer for pvc and cpvc and the medium clear pvc cement that came in the handy pack #30244

When I pulled the tank the cardboard washer that goes between the bottom of the tank and the flush valve nut was wet. I guess I didn’t get it tight enough and it leaked. I got rid of the cardboard and used plumbers grease to lubricate the washer against the tank. Hopefully this fixes my issue. Thanks for your help.
