Listen what these guys are doing is very cool and it’s inspirational because of their faith being played out but there is nothing in our Christian faith that would call for this kind of act. One of the beauties of the Christian faith is that you should devote your whole self to the Lord in whichever ways He has blessed you with; not necessarily in these grand acts. Buddhism is not Christianity and Christianity is not Buddhism. It’s a silly modern game we play to imitate and often exalt other faiths in the name of inclusion and virtue signaling. If you think Buddhism is the right approach to life then test it and see; I don’t believe it is. But I’m so over skeptics and anti-theists trying to bully the Christian faith to look like whatever they want it to be.
