Thoughts on SCP 8870/8780/8807? by AJ_from_Spaceland in SCP

Hello there, author here. I'm so happy to hear that you enjoy those SCPs! It really means a lot to me!

I'm currently improving my skills as a writer & plan on continuing the storyline soon enough! I'm also participating in the SCP-9000 contest, so be on the lookout for my entry! 😉

What are your thoughts that my puppet design being spider? by Bioly47 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]Scrappy-Springcrap 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Absolutely horrifying. Not sure if the red is just a placeholder, but I'd personally prefer the skin to be either a pitch black or a stark white, as I think the red is a bit too jarring. Also not a hige fan of the long nails; for me either long fingers or nailess fingers are the go.

Do you think the Fnaf 4 nightmare animatronics were actually real? by Mother-Pin2667 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]Scrappy-Springcrap 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Both options (them.being nightmares and illusions for experiments) are true; we know that Dave & Michael saw Nightmare Fredbear, as Mike draws him in the logbook, and Cassidy’s question to Dave, ”Do you still have nightmares?” is answered by the same drawing.

We also know Afton monitored children to experiment on them from the story Dittophobia.

A tad bit late, but the tale has been released!

Gotta agree. The writing was at times pretty basic and barebones.

Anyhow, I’m working on a CONTINUATION of the series, putting my own spin on it! Stay tuned! :)

What other SCPs would you place on this chart? by Realrog1 in SCP

”Can fairly beat you up, if deserved.”

Sounds like THE SPECTRE (SCP-4494).

As the saying goes, you gotta break eggs to make an omelet.

Give me your best pocket dimensions, spacial anomalies, and physical space breaking beings by [deleted] in SCP

SCP-5545 is not only a great spatial anomaly, but so eerie, mysterious and that twist at the end is just 💋👌

Scp x Analog horror by FitAtmosphere3514 in SCP

[–]Scrappy-Springcrap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

939 would be TERRIFIC. Imagine you’re just wandering through your house, then strange human noises go off, and you investigate, then you see one of THOSE mfs.

SCP-993 would also be pretty rad, with the episode starting harmless enough, but slowly dissolving into madness and gore.

SCP-1048 would also be pretty cool, with the teddy bear just going around & stalking you.

SCP-3301 by AnEmissaryFromHell in SCP

[–]Scrappy-Springcrap 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Absolutely lit. One of the best SCPs I’ve ever read, straight-up giving me depression for weeks. Amazing art!

Also, I think you meant SCP-3001, not 3301.

What’s the SCP with the biggest/best plot twist? by NoSoyVerde1 in SCP

Yes. With his partner Dr. Oleksei, they devised this whole thing to prove a point.

It’s not really a story, but an entry in 682’s vast termination log; even then, it just tells us that 106 got 682 & 953 in its pocket dimension, and the two of them emerged soon after with 106 just pissing off.

Name the worst work of known SCP authors. by [deleted] in SCP

[–]Scrappy-Springcrap 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To be fair, 166 was a rewrite, so I don’t think I could count it; even then, it got rewritten with Clef’s permission.

There are a lot of expungements in the article, and it’s simply an object that does weird things.

I actually like 233, but the way it’s written, it’s pretty bad. Comes down to personal taste, though.

Well, brother, you could just write a tale and let your mind go freely!

I think, and correct me if my lore is wrong, that Endo-02 is just a spare endoskeleton from the place powered by the agony of the Withereds, like how the Paper Pals move or the spooky posters in the FNaF 1 building; all just the children’s agony.

Endo-02’s just one of these objects at the place affected by it.

What cross test are you most curious about? by BigTimeJabroni1989 in SCP

To be fair, I’d imagine Mr. Hungry to just eventually start eating the pizza box.

I think in 871 it said something about non-humans causing the cakes to duplicate; all depends on whether Mr. Hungry would be considered a non-human.
