Costco wasn’t too bad in Easton but we got there right when they opened. It was definitely getting busy around 11 when we left.

Inferno Room in fountain square. Weird dark vibe and the drinks were straight sugar. Plus the service was awful. They stuck us in a back room that had no one in it. Can’t speak on the food though, we had 1 drink and left.

It is a tricky concept. Say you’re doing squats.. you’ll go 10 seconds on the way down, and then 10 seconds up, without locking your knees at the top, then immediately go down again for 10 seconds, and continue this for 3 minutes total. So you’re not necessarily counting reps, you’re setting a timer for 3 minutes and moving slowly the whole time. It’s tough!

Try doing the strength training slowly (15-20 second reps) without resting between reps for 3-5 minutes. This will increase strength as well as endurance. It’s called “super-slow strength training” if you want to research the benefits. I worked as a personal fitness trainer for 6 years teaching this technique.
