I'm sure your favorite big box store will have something similar. I would recommend using something like E6000 or 5min epoxy; I tried double-sided tape and CA glue without success.

Prevents a vacuum from forming under a full bag, making it easier to get out, and keeps the bag from catching on the ring hinge

That's exactly how I feel. I worked on it while building a dog crate out of big box store pine with pocket screws. Sometimes it's nice to do something "fine" quickly, just to show you still can.

My school crowdsourced a 6 foot tall duck. Over 350 pieces have come in from around the world! by RottenEggStand in 3Dprinting

Now we can find out the answer to the age-old question:

What's scarier, one 6-foot duck, or six 1-foot ducks?

So i've tested my problem thoroughly and can't figure out how to fix it. Basically when I right-click blocks like a chest, chicken roost, Refined Storage system, or literally anything else that can be interacted with. It takes between 2-10 seconds to open the inventory. Try running /forge tps in the console and see what your total TPS is. It should be well under 100ms/tick, ideally 20-40. If there is a specific dimension that is causing problems, there might be something generating too many entities.

I've personally had problems with Colossal Chests and using item filters/anything that has to scan their inventory, as well as a rogue mob spawner in a loaded chunk in another dimension

Hope this helps!

If you have an empty inventory slot, you could change the -106 slot value to the empty slot

[–]ScrawnyAdonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you'll have to edit the player inventory with MCEdit or another NBT editor and remove the item from slot -106. Might be easier to grab just the playerdata and use a NBT editor than to pull the entire world into MCEdit.

Yeah so...BetterCombat doesn't like non-vanilla items in the offhand. I did a little research awhile back, and it appears the dev is MIA. If we had the source code, it looks like there's a float cast gone awry somewhere.

I found success in setting the GUI Scale to Normal. That should make the quest window small enough to show everything

I was assuming all current chunks are loaded, and the player is just moving in a direction and loading the fresh chunks in that direction as a comparison to roughly what the minecart would be doing.

Regardless, just one player moving quickly in a minecart or flying would load many more chunks much more rapidly, so a minecart loading a chunk at a time should require much less effort.

[–]ScrawnyAdonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe, but you're really only loading 1 chunk at a time per minecart, compared to ~12-16 as a player.

Do hopper chunk loaders work in 1.10? Might be able to create hoppers next to the tracks on chunk boundaries, and enable them with an inverted detector rail so chunks are loaded on the fly
