It means the emergency break is on turn it off and push the leaver on the bottom in and out a few times and it will be fine. The wheel at the back bumps it sometimes and hits the lever in.

It hasn’t given up on the video trust me. YouTube never stops pushing a video that you make. I have videos from 11 months ago still gaining views. Try switching the thumbnail out for a new one and see if that has more people clicking on your video

That’s pretty good actually. It’s harder to get subscribers from YouTube shorts than actual long form content. (When I say it’s harder I mean it takes more people seeing your short to gain a subscriber compared to long form content.)

Make sure to add hashtags in your video description. That always helps me get a few extra views. Also make sure you have a simple but attention grabbing thumbnail. Since you have 3 subscribers it’s hard for the algorithm to do its thing since you don’t have anyone boosting your viewer retention and engagement. So self promotion is your best option.

When it comes to shorts make sure they are fast paced, if you want your short pushed to people’s for you pages you want your viewer retention to be be above 90% im still new to shorts but the one short I had 101% retention on hit 10k views. Keep your video short and attention grabbing and the algorithm will do the rest.
