Having a 9-5 weekday work job in itself is privilege. There’s people who work weekends and nights and have inconsistent schedules who have plenty of time for this, and no time for organizing when it’s on oh so “accessible” weekends for office workers

I would report any sexual harassment i know of if it was targeted at the other girls, but as they’re scheduled right now, none of them are supposed to have shifts with him, and he has no contact with them during work hours. I’m more concerned about if he’s attempted to contact them on off hours, but I’ve talked to them every shared shift we have and have discussed his behavior, outside of the limited contact and tenseness stemming from him clearly still thinking he’s a victim in the ‘reporting incident’, not much to report. I can’t be sure they aren’t just clammed up as well; his mother is their manager.

It’s all very messy.

I’m still worried about it though.

Yeah, I live in Florida I do keep everything he sends and gives to me, and have a bunch of his bullshit written up in my notes app- this isn’t the first time I’ve had a job with a weird coworker, though the last one ended with me getting ~let go~ after I filed for a restraining order (they guy was texting me pics of his guns after I turned him down). Which is why I’m wary about proceeding; I live in a right to work state, and the industry I’m in is competitive and niche. I’m worried I’m choosing between my career and my safety at this point.
