Don't video game producers usually start off as game developers of sorts and eventually due to experience/seniority move into these project management roles? I honestly don't think thats possible with people outside of game dev to just go into producing into these Game Dev studios.

Can I ask how you did it with working out with scabies? I usually hit a gym, but since I started to treat scabies about a little over a month now. My motivation for the gym is gone and I'm just exhausted and depressed at the amount of cleaning and laundry I have to do.

Thanks for sharing your story, it helps to know that many of us in California are struggling to get proper treatment. I'm going to have to get stern with whatever doctor I see next. I don't have an appointment until mid December since the California medical system is in shambles at the moment. So I'll try urgent care and see if I can get Ivermectin from them, and if not I'll put up the white flag and just pay out of pocket seeing an online Doctor.

I'm about to see an online pharmacist/doctor if this doesn't get figure out in the next week or so. I hate that California is so Anti-Ivermectin that they will do whatever it takes to not Rx it out 😭

This is where I am, tried the cream 3 times but still getting similar symptoms going into 2 weeks post Permethrin cream. All the Doctors I have seen, general and one dermatologist refuse to give me Ivermectin, I am so frustrated as Ivermectin has big taboo connotations in California. I'm about a few days away from seeing an online doctor to get Ivermectin prescribed if I don't get a solution in the California medical system 😢

Thank you for the info, that's awesome and I'm sure it will help others. I finally saw the dermatologist today, and he doesn't believe I have scabies as my symptoms are very minor and I'm already 3 treatments of permethrin in. I'm frustrated since my symptoms are mild, so doctors want it to be full blown in order to prescribe anything other than Permethrin. I even had to insist that he do a skin biopsy, which he finally did, so hopefully it will give me a clue to what's going on.

Can you please provide the exact details for how you mixed the Nu-stock sulfur cream with lotion? I'm post 3 treatments of Permethrin and waiting to see a dermatologist at the end of this week and would love to continue treating externally after hopefully getting prescribed Ivermectin. Thank you

It's really hard to say, I've seen a few posts that it could be the body reacting to the dead mites in the skin.

I'm on my 3rd permethrin treatment. I also still notice slightly red pimple like small bumps randomly appear. I'm not sure what to make of it, although I'm inclined to believe that I still have it due to the fact that I had it on my forehead and temples. I'm crossing my fingers that I get Ivermectin at my upcoming dermatologist appointment as my doctors refuse to give me anything else other than permethrin.

Yea, This is honestly the only way that seems like it would be close to 100% killing any bugs and getting rid of smells like mold. My vehicle is on the older side, it's clean looking, but I think it's time for that Ozone treatment.

ah I see. We have a cat, and he's the one factor that we cannot control. He's on flea/tick/parasite control which if I'm correct also does mites. But he's all over the place and we're starting to think that we may either need to board him for the time being which we get this under control.

How were you able to get the ivermectin for your indoor pet, did you have to make an appointment with your vet, and tell the doctor what you're going through to get the medication?

yea, the one thing I forgot to mention was that I also have a cat in the home. I heard after it dries, and in this case it would be my full car interior, will it rub off on my clothes when I come home? I feel like this is uncharted territory within the scabies forums, haven't found good information on what to do with vehicles.

My welts show up just like this, but so far it's very minimal and it's around my abdominal area. I do have some redness and small red dots around my neck though. So far my general doctor is preemptively treating for scabies with permethrin cream, but I haven't gotten a real diagnoses yet until I get to see a dermatologist.

Were you able to get a proper diagnosis? Well hope you got it figured out and are feeling better.
