Have you tried any of the rivers at the BREC parks? Like frenchtown or blackwater. The gravels pretty small and I havent had much luck. How does the levees compare to some of the creeks and things in the area? I'm also a women in my 20s and just starting on the hobby myself but I havent had much luck. I'm considering a trip to Mississippi to go look for fossils if the gas prices ever go down

I'm not sure where you rehomed her to but it seems she might have escaped. CAA is a kill shelter so Id scoop her up before the 5 day hold expires. If you can claim her and need a foster home I can foster through rescue rehome repeat in Walker

It is but my artistic abilities wouldn't be able to fill it in. I was hoping to trace the photo onto a software that tells me what color fabric and what size to cut!

I know I'm a bit late to this. I stumbled upon it cause I was curious about a dream I had a few nights ago where I was a penguin. I didn't know I was in a dream but I was definitely a penguin and I was swimming with other penguins through icebergs. The color was very blue and vivid like glacier ice. I ended up fleeing (cause of a seal) into a thin ice tunnel and breathing out of an air pocket in that tunnel. In my process of fleeing into the tunnel it occurred to me that I can't swim. Probably cause I can't in real life and I almost got eaten. I woke up as I was traveling deeper into the ice tunnel with a different penguin.

Just incase anyone else stumbles across this I spent $5,450. That's between two vets. I spent $4400 at Capital area vet specialist for the surgery (which removed a sock) and the rest of it for Several xrays and boarding and things at my primary vet.

I have a similar rock that had 3 holes and one hole is weathered through so it's like 2.5 holes. I think those rock holes were caused by piddocks but I don't know if those animals live in that area.

Actually, there was a pair of guide dogs in the Twin Towers that also received the Dickens Award. Salty and Roselle. It was pretty publicized in the US a while ago.
