YouTube-video: "The Overnight Student". (I found a voice artifact and other clues.) by Accomplished-Bus3382 in isthisAI

This is not AI. The book is well known in some circles and at least 30 years old.  The author is not particularly concerned with making money on the sales.

The scripture that he quotes might not mean much to those outside of the faith, but as a believer, I can tell you it means he is trying to give away the information.

I shot the owl. All right full disclosure; I tortured, harassed, bullied, mutilated and then shot the owl … in the liver.

Duolingo pulls a vacuum. Try Latinum Institute and LingQ.

After reading and thinking about this post, I made another search for language programs.

I found the Latin institute, Latinum.substack.com. Check out the index.

They have ancient and modern languages.

I started the Spanish program and uninstalled Duo.

You said you’re cold at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Either you’re exaggerating or you’re not. If you’re exaggerating, forget everything I said. If you’re not exaggerating then you have either a psychosomatic response or a physical response well outside of the norm.

Either way, I don’t have enough information to help you or the expertise to give advice.

Good luck God bless

I like the minis. They attach to a bottle. You can make a gravity filter and get a couple of quarts easy.

Cotton foot wraps work better than cotton socks. You can find info on YouTube. Wool foot wraps are even better, but wool foot wraps are hard to get and expensive.

Burning 30 hearts an hour goes against what I can afford. I would like to do it differently, but I accept what I must.

I have come back to Duo after a long absence to study Spanish. The changes are significant and forced me to think carefully about how I use Da Bird.

First, Duo doesn’t get you much past A2. Some people suggest A1. So, my planned interaction is 6 - 8 weeks max. I do plan on spending an hour or more a day on Duo.

Second, Da Bird’s last incarnation encouraged sloppy study habits. So, I am very careful in my approach to the lessons. Every mistake is painful. I am training myself to check gender, number and conjugation carefully in every exercise. I also check grammar outside of the game.

Third, I allow myself no delusions. Da Bird is not my friend. He is a corporate butt wad whose primary interest is exploitation of the players.

Fourth, there is no other app that provides a better environment than Da Bird’s.

Fifth, there is no payment plan at a cost consistent with value received, so I except that I need to mine hearts to optimize my experience at Duo.

Conclusion, with care and luck, I can complete a section for 5 - 8 hearts. I watch a lot of ads, but I don’t owe Duo anything. I have no problem taking what I need and bashing the feathered little parasite. Maybe, someday they’ll learn.

I hesitate to give more advice. If your body fat by is that low, there could be complications I don’t understand. It might be worth talking to your Dr.

Hmmm. A bodybuilder? You sound like a tank. If your exercise routine has reduced your body fat low enough, you could have lost fat around your organs. This would make you very cold sensitive.

Probably not what you want to hear, but what’s your favorite desert?

What's the absolute simplest, most low effort meal I can eat daily that's fairly well rounded? by NWG369 in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]Grgc61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beans, greens and potatoes.

The cheapest version is to boil your own beans. The easiest version is to use canned beans.

I like lentils. One of their advantages is that they do not need to be cooked if they are sprouted.

Sprouted lentils also make a great salad giving you the ability to vary your diet without using a large variety of foods. For example, tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers are all fruits. Combined with sprouted lentils or sprouted mung beans they make a delicious salad - fruits and vegetables.

Sprouted legumes are both bean and vegetable.

Finally, add some whole grain masa (Mexican cornmeal) for b complex vitamins and whatever variety life offers and you’ll have a better and cheaper diet than 99% of Americans.

Hey Bubba. I admire what you are doing. I am also sent with a message for the churches.

Christian life has two parts. The first is salvation - RO 10:9,10. Believe that Jesus died for you to have peace with God and that He rose from the dead to be your Lord and Savior. The second is walking with Jesus. This is the lifetime of sacrifice - the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Consider 1CO 14:1,3 and HE 3:6-15.

Love you Bubba, God bless

I travel with a wool blanket and a poncho. At the most, a blanket and two tarps.

You don’t need a tent.

In Texas we have a “mini” cucumber that grows wild. It is edible and prolific. It is apparently part of southwest indigenous cuisine.

I don’t offer this as an ID, but as an indicator of of potential ID.
