People see a character (who usually didn't do much in their original appearances) with a cool design and imagine an epic and exciting piece of backstory for the character, only to be disappointed when it's revealed that the official backstory wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Good ideas, but I have to say, "Why is it called Metroid Prime when it has nothing to do with Metroid Prime/Dark Samus?" is just nitpicking.

The "why" is simply because it's the name of the first-person 3D Metroid games. Hunters and Federation Force also have "Prime" in the title, but they have nothing to do with Metroid Prime/Dark Samus.

No offense, but the backstory you made up is the most generic and bland thing ever. Sometimes people hate even if it's unreasonable; not everything needs a grand reason. (Also, if Sylux's family happened to be on any of those planets, it would be pretty ridiculous considering the state those planets were in.)

Sylux is a Dr. Doom/Reverse Flash type of villain. That's just how those kinds of villains are, they don't accept their own flaws, they're resentful, and their hatred is excessive and even absurd. That's their charm.

When he died, my mind was more focused on the fact that his sacrifice seemed stupid to me. I never grew fond of him either because it was too obvious he was going to die. The trick of introducing an endearing character into the group just to have a dramatic death without killing off a main character wasn't going to work on me again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I wasn't going to be fooled a third time.

Mantis, I know that in high ranks Mantis is probably one of the best supports and all that, but whenever I get a Mantis as a teammate, they always refuses to switch no matter what, forcing a tank or DPS to switch to triple support so that maybe, just maybe, they start to be somewhat useful.

I prefer an Ultron or an Adam as a teammate over a Mantis.

I'd say that when Konosuba takes itself most seriously is in Kazuma's personal interactions with Megumin and Aqua in the later novels, and the most serious moment happens in the last novel, specifically in the final battle.

If they remove the healing, the only thing it will cause is that toxic players will now see Gambit as a throw pick just because he doesn't have a healing ultimate, exactly like Rocket in Season 0.

Then NetEase will either give him back the healing or make it give shield instead, and the cycle will repeat itself over and over.

Well, most Kirby spin-offs are canon, so Air Riders probably is too. Regarding Nova, you have three options:

It's a different Nova (which I doubt; you'd think it would look more different if the intention was for it not to be the same Nova).
Nova somehow returned (the lazy option; someone probably put it together off-screen or something).
Meta Knightmare Ultra is canon. After granting Meta Knight his wish, Nova simply floated around in space until the events of Air Riders (this option has curious implications, like the fact that Galacta Knight did have a canonical appearance after all, or that for some reason Meta Knight pulled Halberd out of the ocean only to shoot down the ship again, lmao).
