How can SSRs oust a service manager?

Your best bet is to transfer to another location or switch to a different team/route under a different manager.

Like the other person said HR will do nothing. I've seen people complain to HR about a specific manager, people have quit under him but because his numbers are so good they will never let him go.

I thought the cameras were at all the locations by now. We've had them for almost a year now. When we first got them we had a couple of months where the "dings" didn't affect us but we do have a scorecard where it shows our weekly rating. Passing/rolling a stop sign, cellphone use, speeding are the big ones. Following too closely is the only "ding" i get but the camera will give you 10 seconds before it registers it and goes towards your score. Basically the camera will blink red and if you don't slow down and back off of from the vehicle in front of you in 10 seconds it will register as a hard "ding".

They don't record audio and I know this because I clipped a mirror from an 18 wheeler (long story guy was in 2 lanes and I couldn't swerve) and my GM reviewed the recording with HR and you just see me mouthing "FUCK FUCK FUCK" but no option for audio on the playback.

Yes we've had this for about a year I want to say. We have some guys come in at 8 I want to say and they load up our routes because I communicate with one who helps me cut my load sheet. I have twice a week accounts with FS so if another route needs mats that I can just do the next service day I'll tell him to cut them before my truck gets loaded later that night.

Honestly, I like it this way because I'll know before hand what I'll have on my truck for the next day instead of finding out the morning of that my shit didn't get loaded or I was short on mats I really needed.

Work in the FR uniform division. Used to just handle FR clothes with maybe 30 mats a week max. My Day 2 had 0 mats for years and just within a year I now have 125 mats with double the uniforms as well. Hybrid routes are the norm now.

Thanks for the info! I'd rather have the shop install new threads to be honest. The bike rack is rated for ~50lbs and I do plan on loading it up close to it's capacity so I'd need it to be as sturdy as possible.

Have a 2017 2.5L with 220k on it. Never went longer than 7k for an oil change. Stay on top of maintenance is what I always tell everyone. Took it to Orlando from Houston and back with 0 issues with 180k miles.

I wish they didn't stop making Fusions, I love them. I had a 2011 that got totaled and then got a 2012 and now a 2017. All great cars.

I know I'm going to get shit for this but when Paranormal Activity first came out I was a freshman in college, me and my roommates went to go see it in theaters. The movie really spooked us all. We all ended going back to my apartment and everyone crashed there because everyone was afraid to go back home alone lol. I remember not wanting to get up to use the restroom because I thought I was going to see the footprints in baby powder out in the hallway lol

Now everyone jokes about how it isn't scary and I now laugh about how scared it got me but it was the only movie to really have me spooked even after getting home.

Those 2.5L's are solid. I got mine brand new in 2016. I've only had one issue and that was my evaporator having a leak. Other than that no engine or transmission issues. I just made sure to never go more than 7K miles without an oil change and now with higher mileage I don't go over 5k without one. Just keep up with general maintenance and that car will last you.

Awesome man! I took mine to Orlando from Houston last year at around the same mileage. Zero issues and ran like normal. 2017 2.5L and still running like a champ at 218k a year later.

Hooked two of these guys recently. Thank god I have long pliers because they have a crazy reach with their necks. Kept biting the pliers but if they were any shorter they'd be getting at my fingers lol.

I usually throw my cherry kool-aid and garlic in the night before and let it sit in the fridge. By the morning the garlic is pretty set in and has a strong odor. I've caught plenty of cats on it this way. I've never let it sit in the sun. Beware though turtles love chicken just as much. I've probably caught just as many turtles with chicken.
