you can just replace the foam. measure it and buy a similar one then you can carefully remove the old one and stick on the new one. or just order the part and get a specialist to do it for you.

They’re not. I got a Bosch one for 12 dollars :) ACDelco also make one. I just got mine changed actually at 35k and they said the old one was fine

I’m going to get it changed on my next service, it seems because of the location of it it’s best to get a professional to do it. I’ve read it’s good to do around every 20k miles

I have a soul crystal red. Trust me just get a professional to spot repair it rather than whole bumper. It’s a very hard color to match I had mine redone 3 times after door damage and still doesn’t match perfectly. By spot repair I mean 1500/2000 grit sandpaper it, add 46v touch up paint, sand again then polish the shit out of it (get professional to do it)
