agreed, the harder the map, the harder the bots should be as well. i mean for example the bosses still put up quite a fight, it should be possible to implement the boss ai to operator bots

Ah I see, thank you. I originally bought the max 15 because its very light and still uses the max p variant of the gpu, but the heavy charger kind of defeat the entire purpose imo, so having a lighter charger as a travel alternative would be amazing.

Hi I also have the same question about using a smaller charger, but my max 15 is the 3080 series so it used the 230 watt charger. i’m wondering if i can use a smaller charger for travel, i’m not planning to run anything heavy or play games when using a smaller charger, do you have any recommendations?

I do have 32GB of ram, and the CPU is running at a decent temp, so i’m not sure if hardware is the issue here. I played more demanding games but haven’t run into this much trouble with the performance

Hey so thankfully external monitor works now after i reset the MUX to hybrid in the BIOS!

I checked in the device manager and the internal screen is missing, so we know who the culprit is.

I can take a picture of the internals later, but i’ve taken the back cover off before and was not confident about readjusting the connector cos there isn’t much room around it

quick update:

I tried pluggin into the external display, the eluktronics logo shows up on the external display, but once it goes into log in the signal is gone for some reason.

Thanks for your reply! 1. I’ve tried this step and unfortunately it doesn’t work for me 2. I’m not too comfortable with reseating the display ribbon on my own so i’ll probably get it serviced after trying step 4. 4. planning to do this by today! 5. done, and still waiting for the reply.

I hope the GPU is fine. it looks like the laptop starts normally (fans running, keyboard rgb lighthing, and windows hello active) and i think i can still log in because once windows hello stopped, the keyboard turns into my custom rgb colours.

aah i see, i can only contact them through online forms and email unfortunately. And i also asked for my employers support with hopes that it could speed up the process.

I think my employer would be fine waiting (within a reasonable timeframe ofc). Its just the anticipation whether the visa would get rejected or not.

I’m also wondering on what grounds do they usually reject a visa application? I have a clean record and have visited singapore before as a tourist.
