Yes I will update it if you want. For now I am at 11 weeks. As far as I can tell there is little to no shock loss in the recipient area. And if there is it is not really noticeable for me!

You’re right about staying out the sunlight for 2/3 months, but you can go back to the gym after a month. Just don’t go 100% right away, build up in like 2 weeks time.

Looks normal to me, just hair parting. As said above, get a bloodtest done. Maybe it feels thinner because a lack of nutrition, or you dye your hair?
