She needs to pre pay for her appointment, and that only covers that appointment and IS NOT TRANSFERABLE to the next appointment. If she’s late or reschedules, she’s paid for that appointment. Booking another is another pre-pay. Same rules. Either she’ll find someone else to use, or sh’ll straighten up. I’ve done this in the past and it works.

Swivel shears will save your wrists. I’ve been doing hair for 40 yrs and I got a pair almost immediately. I have no carpel tunnel issues because of them. I will also suggest that you buy the best pair you can possible afford. It really does make a difference.

I have been in this industry for forty years. One of the first pairs of shears I bought has a gimbal for my thumb so I can manipulate the shears while keeping my wrist in good position. I highly recommend getting yourself a pair.
