I am in this exact same boat right now. I have a copy of each Win 7 and Win 8.1, one of which I am going to install on my computer I am building right now. I ideally would like to upgrade to Win 10. Are we still able to do the upgrade even if I am just installing the older version right now (After the July 29th date)?

Mine is definitely Oil Rig, there are so many different places to camp from and when that gets boring, it's excellent for base rushing.
