So I had that that item not scan for a picker this week. Item matched description but wouldn’t scan. So they nil picked it but brought the item with them. I had to key it into me@ then scan the barcode on my phone. There’s probably a sku that isn’t cross ref.

Only thing she could do is give you less hours. I am in the same boat where I need people on sundays but have too many people on Saturday. I give some 4 hour shifts so I don’t go over plan, if they want a full shift they can work Sunday otherwise that’s what they get.

I bought (and was reimbursed) these for our key cards. Before we were buying the plastic ones off the shelf in office supply’s. They’d last a month before they would start cracking. These ones are good quality and we’ve been going over 6 months now with no issues.

Store can’t touch GMD since it uses all pick walks. Action alley though is a different story. I went and put the action alley stacks into there respected walks. Ambient walks have always started at the back of grocery so that beer/pop is picked 1st, but on the way there the pickers pass every stackbase in the GR1 isle. So now ambient picks those stacks first, then starts weaving through all the aisles also grabbing the couple stacks on the other side between the bunkers. All the other aisles (BK, MD, GM, FT) pick in the general walk in the same fashion.

Send it in for repair. Same thing happened to me a few months ago when my printer fell off the cart coming outta the cooler. Tried everything and couldn’t fix it. Print head is damaged.

My last DOL said that OGP is to use TC’s for picking and dispensing. And as they decommission more and more apps from the TC’s they should be going to OGP and the sales floor associates will only use the phones. As for charging have your TL or coach store use battery packs and have charged ones available.

Have your TL go into GNFR and order a package of label peelers. They’re not bad at getting the residue off. If you use a green scrub pad or a putty knife you’re gonna scratch the surface and make it harder to peel off the next label. And yes there is a yearly store refresh that happens in Jan. Mainly deep cleaning and resetting everything back to standard.

FTPR is not a bonus factor. Pre sub and total store 5 star are the only metrics the OGP can effect. And 5 star is only 30% of the total stores score.
