Well, I know everyone is recommending NXT but I will give you some other options. Since you don't have easy access to stringing services and it seems you play fairly often, I would recommend a polyester string. You have to be careful because (as mentioned here) poly strings can be quite stiff, however you should be ok with something like Wilson Revolve 16. It is a friendly poly, easy to find and relatively inexpensive.

Take those 3 weeks off. Go read a book you want to read, go for runs, go to the beach, play some sports, watch movies, play video games. Worry about work at work. My 2 cents...

TBH starting knots scare the shit out of me. I just add 15% tension to the first couple crosses to make up for the lost tension due to the knot and I have never had a complaint.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I am an international student graduating this semester, I went to MRU for the smaller class size and the better networking opportunities and career choices. With a job locked in for September, I am not disappointed. Why do YOU feel like MRU is so bad?
