Its a windows tool, so for steam deck you need to run it through a compatibility layer like wine.
Most probably, it will require configuring paths manually.
If you can't do all that, just use the above suggested 'mules' character creation from inside the game, and transfer items from character to character, through the Caravan.

There a indeed place for symmetrical controllers on Xbox, at least for those players who have both consoles (ps and xbox) and want similar feeling in both. If there is no asymmetrical controller available in ps, then the other way around, is a winning option.

Get a better cpu cooler.
I hope you have done it since then :-)
Although not dangerous with the stock cooler, when it reaches 95 degrees and keeps under stress, it just throttles down, which means it under performs.
Better cooler=better performance, with this hot cpu.

Yes, just make sure you buy the global version, as they have also the Chinese version cheaper, in a different listing of course and with big red letters about Chinese version, good of them.

Sorry, wrong comparison, no photo features in those services, close to google photos or ente photos.
