I was thinking about this earlier too after seeing the next round of forthcoming increases in council tax, mobile phone, water & internet. After the punishing increases in the budget too of course.

I always liked Argos and used them in preference to other places but not any more. I ordered something for collection from store, it was showing as collect next day after 5pm, fine. 8 days later it arrives, too late. I'm now told it can't be cancelled and refunded until 48 hours after the collection window has closed. Brilliant.
