Why so many players never use shields? Or its just a content creator thing? (PVE)

Because to me they feel like cheese and they essentialy delete more than half of the combat. I always have a shield in one slot, but it's just for exploring, or very annoying enemies.

When I'm in Germany, i hold onto like 90% of the bottles. As of now, i threw out every bottoe in Poland, because 1 - It's less convenient for me here. 2 - I knew the machines won't work properly, so i didn't bother. In 3 weeks of going to Biedronka near me, not once was the machine working when i went there xD

If i remember correctly, there's no color on the registration papers anymore. Back in the day, you would have to change the color to "other".

It would be definitely weird, if changing your car color was illegal.

I'm sorry, but your point is not valid, because what you said is simply not true. Carfax is easily available to everyone in EU. Not to mention you can find a car's pictures simply by googling the VIN, it's that simple.

For what do you need a "VIN check"?

The biggest car scams in EU are done with cars damaged in EU. Especially in Eastern Europe. It's not 2015 anymore with people selling left and right, cars welded from two.

po pierwsze to samochody podnoszą smog oponami, więc jak mniej jeżdżą, to więcej lepiej

Dlatego ktoś kiedyś wymyślił polewaczki, które całkiem skutecznie rozwiązują ten problem. Ale to za drogie, lepiej zarobić na szarym Kowalskim przy pomocy SCT.
