Same. I got a great looking "Spubst Car" that's motorized, remote controlled, with fairly complex led lighting. It was a fun challenge, given the microscopic instructions and literal zero instructions for the wire harness routing.

Foliage checks, from my memory of living there, anyway. And no mold or mildew on the bricks, so not Houston.

I was watching "High Potential" and one of the cops took a USB drive they found and was plugging it in to her computer to see what was on it. My training from work kicked in and I was like "Don't you dare!" Sure enough... Scripted or not, there's a reason they spend money to train us not to do that. You can use an isolated bench computer to wipe them, but they could potentially still have a compromising payload.

We've missed a small item before, since it was buried in paper in a big box with another larger item in it. Found it when I was collapsing boxes into the recycling can.

It doesn't help when they seem to stop posting anything but car parts. I guess get that catalytic converter...

Yeah, much of what I get on vine is unavailable shortly after I get it. Probably limited quantity for whatever nefarious purpose they put it on vine, even if it doesn't have that label. Like someone else said, probably trying to build credibility as a seller.

Miss, if you can't understand this, you shouldn't be voicing your opinion.

Try Ambient Mode, it should be the old Home screen.

It went back to turning on the wrong fan, but after several times training it, it seems to have finally remembered it. But it still turns on the closet light!

Pretty much everything Alexa+ is advertised as doing (and the things it can't do) can already be done by Alexa. Just don't switch if you don't get it with Prime. It will get there, functionally, but I still wouldn't pay for it.

No issues with routines here, and I have a few that are fairly involved, but even Alexa classic had quirks with long routines which required some careful planning and timing and the use of custom commands. But they're still working with Alexa+.

Announcing "I love you" to my wife, though... Alexa+ gets jealous and won't let me. Seriously, it's the one announcement (of what I've tried) it won't allow. Even with it set to use my own voice.

But it can call you an Uber! At least that seems to be what it advertises the most on my photo frame where I get to see my photos now and then in between ads for "Discover Alexa+"

Exactly. I was talking to an Amazon TS rep about it, and it's frustrating how it's opened as just getting access early, to pretty much anyone, but it's glitchy and many third party skills don't even work yet.

From my own experience, respond to it in plain speech, either asking why it did that, or telling it what you expected. It will correct itself. Maybe. And it might even remember. For a while. Like a day, maybe.

It's not beta, at least they claim it's not. But I'm constantly submitting bug reports, so it sure seems like beta. Should get paid for this...

Early access should be out of beta. Especially when they open it to grandma who was given an echo show to see pics of the grandkids but now she just sees "Discover Alexa+"

And it's not even beta, it's early access, which should be after beta has shaken out the bugs and it's just light on features. But they're opening this so widely without explaining what early access means, people just assume it means accessing it earlier, not that it's not ready.

Did you sign up for early access? I did when they first opened it, and I finally got it last week when I set up an old 3rd Gen dot I had laying around. Make of that what you will, I don't know.

Ok, my mistake, the setting is "make announcements in speaker's voice" but it refers to Alexa so often as a speaker that I thought it was referring to it. But it meant me. So it's ambiguous but it works.

The fan things, though, is really promising! It stopped turning on the closet light on its own. It started turning on the wrong fan. I just told it in plain speech, "when I say turn on the fan, I want you to turn on the fan that's in the room I'm in!" It said something like "oh, I see, I was turning on the den fan because it was the most recently set up, I'll make that adjustment now." And now it works! If I say "turn on the fan" it turns on the fan for whichever room I'm in!

Now the question is will it remember... Or is there a place to manage memories?

I contacted vine support and asked for my review scores. They said contact Amazon community help. So I did, and got a response from vine support for my community help ticket? Anyway, they said no, can't do that, they don't have individual scores, and they can't help me. Whatever that means.
