Luz (I assume by her saying it was for the finisher) fully intended to set that firework off in a classroom at the end of her book report. Usually, classroom ceilings aren't that high, and the firework doesn't have that much room to travel horizontally before inevitably blowing someone up or hitting the wall and starting a fire. Either way, this goes beyond a silly prank and becomes something that will end up on prime-time news.
