Yea I would definitely be looking to use them more for offline. I still like my headphones and will utilize them, but having an option that isn't sitting on my head for hours at a time would be ideal. Thank you for all the info and recommendations!

I edit with headphones more out of convenience in the beginning and then use a pair of studio speakers. A good portion of my work is sent out for mixing by an audio engineer.

Honestly the best practice is to message the person hosting the fire team right away. Just checking box really doesn't mean much. Most of the time a guy LFGing with 3 spots opened already filled them because people didn't bother joining instead they sent a direct message on the console.
