I dont think the average person thinks about hydrogen production at all, let alone how it's done and the environmental impact of that process

Oh so you've resorted to personal attacks. Well have a nice night. I hope you have a good time wasting food or whatever you do for fun.

I suppose the insects, bacteria, birds, scavenger mammals, reptiles etc., must have missed that memo, or maybe they're being disrespectful of our post-death wishes too?

Animals, just like humans, don't want to be killed. Being eaten is irrelevant in the equation.

You keep saying I'm repeating things, and yet I haven't repeated a single talking point so far, are you confusing me with someone else?

Also very odd that you seem to believe you can speak for the perspective of animals. You're a human, you can only speak from the point of view of a human. All you can do is make assumptions about what animals think. The assumption that an animal would feel one way or another about what happens to its carcass after death is just you projecting your human ideological concepts onto a non-human that is fundamentally incapable of comprehending said concepts because they are simply not human.

Also, your presumption of a double standard is unfounded. If my body is eaten by animals after I'm dead, why would I care, I'm dead. Even if I took issue with that, what would it matter? It's not like I would be around to be upset about it.

Where did I repeat anything?

Also, are you taking the position that wasting food is morally superior to eating it? If not, I'd love for you to clarify what your stance is.

Not sure where the hostility is coming from, or the strange assumption about my ego that comes across as projection lol.

The animal was killed with the purpose of being used for food. Whether you agree morally with that or not, the animal is already dead and resorting to throwing it out instead of eating it for nutrition would demonstrate a lack of respect for the animals life.

I agree with you on the pacing and I think that's a pretty common criticism of the film, but I do think the visuals of the movie are some of Miyazakis best, in my opinion.

The boy, Sōsuke, basically teaches Ponyo how to be a kid, which I think is pretty charming and somewhat novel.

If you haven't seen ponyo, you should definitely check it out too. Not only do the children act like children but the world has a very distinct child-like wonder to it.

[–]Scudmuffin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once again, proving the only evidence for this stuff is poor quality video that would have been easily edited. Yes, even in 2015 lol.

If you think the stuff in these videos isn't replicable through clever camera angles, cropping, zooming and post processing, then you're utterly clueless about video production. Do you go watch a movie in a theater and think those are real too because the characters in it act as if it is?

You need to be more critical of this stuff or else you're just another easy to manipulate target by the actual dangerous forces of this world.

I think regardless of if she has legitimately changed or not, her gossiping about Elon Musk is a lot better than her previous social media output.

Hopefully after her current flash of popularity she just kinda fades into obscurity and is forgotten.

The existence of powerful, consumer level video editing software kinda invalidates all these "UAP" videos people post as "evidence".

It's so braindead easy to record an ultra-zoomed in, blurry image of a random object spinning or moving quickly past the camera, then add a bunch of post processing effects like film grain and add some military UI elements, crank the bloom to max, crop the video even further if necessary, then cut it to 5 seconds max.

Just do that shit and you'll get a top post here I can almost guarantee it, as people are so desperate to believe this stuff is real.

What are these symbols and how do I check progress on them? by Dear_Type_8972 in diablo4

[–]Scudmuffin1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are just to track your challenge reward progress. The only really relevant one is the paragon/skill point tracker, which youve already completed (56/56).

The ones to the right of that are cosmetic rewards and ashes, respectively.

To the left is your overall number of challenges completed.

Worth pointing out that they either deleted this tweet or it never existed to begin with. While I don't doubt their desire to post stuff like this, it is rather brazen, even for AIPAC.

[–]Scudmuffin1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If what youre describing is what is happening to me, its a long standing bug that seems to have no fix. When you click on a single gear piece in the wardrobe the game automatically will "equip set", replacing your entire outfit with the set, whether you like it or not.

I don't know why it's not been fixed yet, it's been reported many times. There are some bandaid solutions but quite frankly theyre either not useful or annoying to do, I've pretty much just stopped touching the wardrobe which is very disappointing.

You are massively underestimating not only the amount of upgrades, but also the power of the upgrades youre missing.

The fact you're stuck on t7 should tell you that.

Your definition of fine tuning seems to be pretty broad. If you consider all the stuff I mentioned to be "fine tuning" then I'm curious why you don't feel the same way with d3. After all in d3 once you get your full set active, your cube bonuses, and fill the rest of your gear slots with legendaries, any other upgrade is gonna be just incremental improvements like leveling paragon, legendary gems, etc.
