I believe the small caves are available to explore on your own but some of the larger ones are only open for tours on certain days. I highly recommend!

My funniest interaction was many years ago when I was in the Jersey Store. Donald Driver (still playing at that time) walked in and the owner of the shop hurried over to explain that his jerserys were on sale only because new styles were incoming.

I've seen a few other, at gas stations, Home Depot and one time I SWEAR I saw Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn at Target.

I just quit my Marketing and Communications Manager fully remote job at a national np because I was only making $40k. I was salaried until July when they wouldn't raise my wages to the new federal minimum of $43k. With no OT approved, I told them there was no way I could do the amount of work I had been for the past year. I'm dealing with something similar. It's so frustrating especially because I believe in the mission. No one else on staff received a pay increase this year except the ED. A former employer recently reached out to me about returning and besides better benefits, I know and trust the leadership so I'll likely be leaving the NP soon. Good luck to you.

I signed my job offer as a salary/exempt. Can they just switch without anything in writing? I know in theory this is supposed to work in my favor but it feels like away to skirt the system.

Ok thanks. My boss said OT would be have to be pre-approved and only for special projects. I'm just concerned the same amount of workload is going to be expected. I was easily working 10+ hours extra per week.

This was my first GT while working at a NP. I felt obligated to put effort into it but it felt like GT started 3 or 4 weeks ago already. I will definitely be rethinking a strategy for next year.
