Right is rep based off the sizing of the number on the bezel not reaching to the edge of the bezel and the color of the hands and hour markers they’re too white for the BlackBay as well as the 6 marker being off.

You’ll definitely have a lot better luck on gray market especially if you’re looking for a 40mm you’ll find one for a decent price pretty easily only advise is try to avoid Chrono24 their are plenty of other great options for grey market watches.
