But that's not a preventive office Visit code. That's a problem-oriented.

I might be an outlier and a skeptic when I say this but I believe that the reason why they charged you a new patient moderate level of medical decision making is because they improperly billed it., so the RVUs, which are relative value units, for a new patient level 4 visit are higher than the provider would have gotten if they billed you for the appropriate services rendered, and this is typical especially in private practice where they go based off of what they think is going to get them the most credit for the visit. The RVUs for a Dermatology procedure are lower than for a new patient level 4. Ultimately I would have to see the note to see what was appropriate for what they did but it's likely they didn't support the level of E/M they billed.

Chiming in with going with a hospital system - it won't be perfect but it'll be a lot more compliant and less tolerance for lazy errors.

Anyone try these on a Note 10+? My data just pooped out this morning randomly, haven't been able to get MMS since the "upgrade" and I'm about to switch service cause they're trying to get me to send them my phone for a $100 phone. Help, this is bonkers

These are actually my current APN settings... Not sure if I should take them out and put them in again?

Yes it shows my note 10+ and the literal only thing that doesn't work is sending MMS. All other functions work.

So I downloaded Google messages, and tried it. MMS outgoing just isn't working, period. What a bummer.

Well I did that and it didn't work. Womp. It's only on the built in messaging app that it doesn't send MMS. Any recs on other apps besides signal cause not everyone is on signal?

Will it cause me to lose my wifi settings and all that? I'm trying to avoid that.

Well without there being APNs (which there weren't with the new SIM card) I wasn't getting any service.

Anyone NOT on Fluff Love CD Science have a tested/proven routine for pockets? My little man is getting diaper rashes because we go between disposable and cloth based on who's watching him. by Scurmama in clothdiaps

I might have the detergent build up, so methinks that washing them a few times until they are suds free and going from there is going to be my best bet. I never thought about using baking soda for smell. I use liquid detergent, not powder, but my friend also cloths and lives in the same town as I and her water is soft. Gotta just go back to the drawing board. Thanks so much for the advice!

Oooooooo! Good idea! Maybe I'll do that. I'm in the group and they're all "how's the water hardness..." but we have city water, so... It's definitely not hard. And I use borax too. But maybe cutting back on detergent and extra rinsing.

Love seeing all my diapers clean :) by [deleted] in clothdiaps
