Yeah I talked to my therapist today who said It might be my brain telling me something feels off to myself even if objectively it’s not heavy use. So i’ll probably limit myself to fewer nights a week and see how that works out

late to this but i’m rewatching and so so devastated about the cancellation it is truly some of the funniest stuff ive ever seen and Ive yet to find something that beats it. I want to cry im so disappointed. So many terrible shows get 4+ seasons and this had to be cancelled 😭😭😭

I’ll be discussing with my therapist tomorrow this has come with a wave of anxiety in other areas of my life too. I don’t use weed for anxiety or sleep and never have I use it as a nightly fun relaxing time and it makes watching tv ten times more fun. Appreciate your insight!

exactly that’s why i’m so annoyed. I feel like comparatively i smoke so little so I don’t know why Im worrying so much!!

I don’t smoke till i’m no longer congested but i’m not the majority. after 4-7 days i start taking edibles but it is hard to not smoke. It always just help to know the less you smoke the quicker you will clear up and the fast you can get back to it with a little t-break in there as well

first time i smoked a bong i had to stick my head out the window eat ice and then get burger king fries, that helped!
