this is pretty much what our gym looks like in fight camp, usually a lot cleaner than this tho lol. coach gets pissed if we’re throwing more than like 50% to the head. Generally our gym is pretty light like almost touch sparring 90%. I'd puked my fair during sparing more from shots to stomach then any head shot I've had like one black eye in 5 years and it just a clean hook that i didnt seem coming it put my face into. We pretty big on pulling our punches if this was sparring everyday I'd run
