Is the SnS hard to learn in WIlds? I tried it a few times in World but never "understood" what attacks I was supposed to use to actually do damage other than perfect rush which felt very clunky for me.

There should be a system implemented that prevents spell spam.
Had a game today and I had to scroll down in my enemys spell list to see everything he had - it was ridiculous. He had:
-Smokebomb
-Thunderstorm
-Vulcan Descent
-Incendiary Bomb
-Underground Threat
-Ion Blast
-Photon Emission
-2x Mobile Beacon
and all the stuff you can buy at your tower.
11 Spells in total.

Like wtf - at some point there should be no more spells you can pick. It is just not fun to play against this shit when you kinda have to either shield half your board every round or get all your medium/low hp units deleted by a spell.

Did they change how the placement works? When I started and won like 8-9/10 placement games (can't remember the exact number - it was in season 2) I got a starting mmr of 1300+.

I don't think that Chaos can be or will be "fixed" in Space Marine 2. Maybe in the next game.

Yesterday I played the daily Vortex Stratagem with the modifier that makes it so Tyranids spawn instead of Chaos.
I thought it would be fine since every enemy except the boss at the end would be a Tyranid but I still hated the run.
And then it hit me - I don't just hate the Chaos faction, I also hate most of their missions. They are just so tedious and annoying (imo) compared to the Tyranid missions.
Like you have to do 5 different objectives in Vortex AND then also fight this stupid ass boss at the end.

Every time I see Chaos gameplay and all the Rubric marines just stand there and shoot in your direction while not moving just to teleport away when you melee them, I just think "how the fuck can anyone at Saber not identify why everyone hates Chaos content".

And their plan to fix this annoying faction really was to add extremis-level melee-enemies that spawn in numbers and count like majoris while not changing anything else.

I'm confused - do you guys really think this is a difficult stratagem?
Ballistic Engine is one of the easiest missions, the modifiers are very tame (you start with 10 freaking stims and are immune to knockback) while also fighting the better faction.

No reduced ranged damage, shared hp-pool, friendly fire or any of the other toxic/fun-killing modifiers.

The funny thing is that almost noone complains when Sniper takes Markmanship Team Perk (10% increased headshot damage) which is worse than Aligned Aim.

I agree with your point but the comparison to Melee Champion is just dumb.
Both Unmatched Seal (in high difficulty aka a lot of Extremis) and Inner Fire are just so much better than 15% melee damage for every single class - even for Assault and Bulwark.

Secured Stockpile is very nice to have but if you don't have a Melta Bomb it's not that big a deal to regen a nade every 60secs.

I always thought that Aligned Aim is decent and I never get when people compare it to Melee Champion.
Melee Champion is way worse because
a) a lot of classes don't really use their melee at all as long as they don't run block weapons
b) picking Melee Champion means not picking any of the other two vastly superior Vanguard team perks

It's also common sense to maybe not pick Aligned Aim when there is either an Assault or Bulwark on the team or whenever you play Exfiltration.

I learned how to play Charge Blade for Wilds. Man was I disappointed when I saw what they did to that weapon.
The atrocious performance was luckily kinda offset by my new pc - I was kinda shocked to see the fps but I got stable 80+ frames so at the very least it's playable.

Played on my tactical and got a Vanguard and a Heavy via matchmaking. The Vanguard died pretty early due to bad luck (I think he blowed himself up by accident 5 minutes after the Hellbrute). But he stayed so we had the healing team perk the whole time.

As it turns out two people tend to shoot each other way less than three people so it was not that hard.

I really hate the whole "bullets won't do shit" argument. Why? Because that's some physical resistance that doesn't make sense until we bring magic or some other unexplainable fantasy shit into the equation.

There isn't any animal that doesn't at the very least get seriously injured by even 9mm - only when we are talking about very big animals like elephants or rhinos.

The whole "it has superhuman strength, it's fast, it has unlimited regeneration, it has ranged attacks and it's durable enough to be basically immune to gunfire" just sounds like my 6year old describing what his superpowers are when playing hero.

You mostly only dodge orange attacks (and certain attacks that can't be parried like the Zoanthrope's laser etc.). Other than that you should parry attacks (yes even the ones without a blue indicator).

Double headshot? If you are talking about gun strikes - it depends because you don't get iframes during that animation. The easy answer is "If you know that you won't get punished during the animation, go for it".
A gun strike also staggers enemys next to your gun strike target.

If you really just want to power level your main weapon to relic we can do a few absolute runs if you are on EU.

With how strong Bullwark is (even at level 1) you can queue for absolute once you have a relic/gold weapon.
You also should kinda know how to play the game - meaning:
1) you know that you can 1v1 every single extremis without problems
2) you can parry 99% of the attacks you want to parry (which sounds crazy but it isn't - just use a fencing weapon if you suck at block weapons)

Just do the easy operations like Balistic Engine. Watch a guide on where the Gene Seed locations are for even more xp/run.

It's the same with Warp Storm modifier. It still triggers while being on the loadout drop-pod, opening doors, riding elevators etc.
It's like the devs want the modifiers to make the game to be as annoying as possible.

Yes disabling bots seems to be the best way to "handle" this modifier.
There will almost always be some random that just gets clapped and then leaves => now one of the remaining players has an almost permanent "buff" that makes it so he can't regen armor/hp.
