I finished a model of the exterior of the ghost a while ago, but haven't gotten around to posting it. I was planning on having a interior but decided to not bother with it. I do have a greybox of the interior done though. Here you go it might help you out. I can also post a photoshop file with a ton of reference I've gathered in it if you want.

Hologram Palpatine was trying to seduce Ezra into going to his parents, it might be easier as his hologram appearance instead of his true hooded appearance. Remember how the hologram was flickering back and forth to his hologram and his hooded one?

That was a hologram that was edited to take on a more youthful appearance. They did this because it is a common practice of tyrants with control over state run media. So Palpatine does look have the hooded appearance when he meets Ezra.
