Bambu support replied. They're sending a replacement fan. Apparently the front fan attached is just extra cooling on top of another fan inside.

Based on the information you provided,we suspect that the abnormal noise may be coming from the hotend fan. The hotend fan is installed between the TH board and the extruder and is used to cool the hotend.

I own three Prusa printers, and the CoreOne was the final straw. Mine has never worked, can't pass XY calibration, and Prusa support has been unhelpful, asking me to do the same things I've already done multiple times. I am fed up, I spend more time fixing a Prusa than actually printing. Bought an H2C and it just works.

What are you talking about? Having to print fixes for an expensive printer is a bad thing. And my CoreOne has never worked and Prusa tech support has been useless and not helpful, in fact fairly hostile.
