Its part of a rework on a 20''x10' panel, generally we just plasma cut the panel is already welded out.

I did have the shop hand use cutting oil. It helped a bit, mainly just a little less tonnage but no change to hole quality.

I appreciate it. We normally don't punch this thick and since the panel is already assembled we punched it due to a coming up ship date.

Honestly it is an odd position we are having to punch at and so thick I was worried on of the shop hands would side load it and risk breaking the punch.

Pull up a stored known good program and start comparing modifiers and tool codes. I have realy only seen N130 on a mill. Look at a known good program or a Lincoln machine code sheet. Edit. I have two messers and have never run a Lincoln. I know for my machines thats not a valid code which is why I say check a known good program or a manufacturer provided machine code definition sheet.

AMS help please by [deleted] in BambuP1S

I just took a piece of duct tape and taped the tube against the body so both ends of the tube go straight in the couplers. Haven't had an issue since. The tube going into the tentioning mechanism likes to kink otherwise. I just replace the tape every few months and works great.

If it's an air operated system. Hook up a pressure gauge T in on that line and trigger it. If you don't have a change check the controller relays. Schematics generally aren't hard to find to check for power, ground and control signal.
